Scope:

​

• Design and construction of a buy back centre and transfer station for solid waste management (Solid waste management facility)

• Construction of buildings including office blocks, ablution facilities with change rooms, and a guard room.

• Installation of external works such as paved parking areas, plant and equipment bays, waste sorting bays, and a fully functional weighbridge.

• Development of internal paved access roads, stormwater management systems, and boreholes (upstream and downstream).

• Erection of perimeter clear view fencing with access-controlled gate and provision of site signage.
